Methods of payment
Orders placed on the site can be paid in different ways:
To pay with your own card, even prepaid; or with your own PayPal account.
The payment is thus made to confirm the order and the status will be "PayPal Pending".
Orders are shipped from Island Coco Bikini, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.
Shipping and delivery
Island Coco Bikini ships throughout Italy through the courier GLS
It is important, when ordering, to enter a correct e-mail address and telephone number;
Therefore, if the GLS courier does not find anyone at the time of delivery, he will contact the customer via e-mail to schedule a second free delivery, if gls does not receive a response to the email sent he will NOT make a second delivery and the package after 10 days will return to the sender and the charges deriving from the storage will be charged to the recipient.
The courier does not always contact the customer by phone so it is important to enter an exact email address when ordering. N.B. it is not possible to change the address or the order after making the purchase.
Deliveries are delivered from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 19.00.
During the promotion period, shipments may take longer.
In all cases Island Coco Bikini reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events occur with force majeure.

Island Coco Bikini offers a safe and fast refund service for all orders placed from the site.
It is possible to return the goods (total order or part of it) within 14 days of receipt of the package. The refund, net of any shipping costs incurred when ordering, will be made at the customer's choice:
- by PayPal with direct credit to the card with which the purchase was made
- by issuing a shopping voucher equal to the value of the returned goods
NB. FOR PURCHASES MADE WITH PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT CODES, THE REFUND WILL BE MADE EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE ISSUANCE OF A SHOPPING VOUCHER EQUAL TO THE VALUE OF THE RETURNED GOODS.
The items in the sales, outlet, or price cut section are regularly refunded. Only in the case of using a promotional discount code the refund will be made by shopping voucher.
Below you will find the procedure to request the return of your order or part of it.
1. Log in to your account and go to the "MY ORDERS" section
2. Select the order you want to return
3. Select the item(s) you want to return
4. Tell us why you make it by crossing out one of the proposed reasons
5. Choose what you want to receive by checking the box REFUND or SHOPPING VOUCHER
6. click on the "REQUEST YOUR RETURN" button
(Why choose to receive a SHOPPING VOUCHER? Because if you like the bikini small or large, or you just want to change color or model, with the shopping voucher you will immediately have the opportunity to buy it back!)
At this point, check your email and print the confirmation that we have sent you.
Prepare your package by inserting the items to be returned and the print of the return request.

The shipping costs for the registered letter are charged to the customer and will not be refunded.
To send us the package, you can use the method you prefer, even express courier. We recommend that you make a traceable shipment.
In case of purchases made without payment of shipping costs (for special promotions in progress), the return with refund will be accepted net of the costs incurred by Island Coco for shipping to the customer, equal to € 5. This amount will be subtracted from the price of the returned bikini.
